Terms of Service
Please provide me with the most up-to-date references of your character when asked as well as any supplemental material and prompts that may help aid in the process of your commission!
<Disclaimer>These terms apply to all platforms where I create content (Twitter, DA, FA, etc.).
Terms may change without notice. Clients will have a one-week buffer to agree to the changes.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms.
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to these terms.ProceduresUnderstand that our visions might not always align perfectly.
Please allow at least one week for me to work before inquiring about the commission.
If a commission exceeds the turnaround time, I will usually contact the client if it's late.
Work will begin once payment is received.
I accept “Description Only” commissions, but they must be accompanied by references and detailed descriptions.
You may request TWO major edit before the coloring/rendering phase. Any additional major edits will incur a 10% fee.Examples: Full recolors, Drastic prompt changes, Pose Difference, Anything I deem a large changeI will make edits for free if I miss specific details or markings.PaymentAll payments are to be made in USD via PayPal, Stripe, or Ko-fi.
Payment will be made by invoice; please do not send money until requested.
Payment is required upfront before work begins. I do not accept alternative compensations.
Payments are due within 48 hours, after which the commission will be canceled.
You will not receive a full-resolution version until full payment is made. An unwatermarked version will also be provided.Payment PlansPayment plans are available for commissions over $100 USD. Please notify me beforehand.
A 50% down payment is required before any work starts.
From the purchase date, clients must make payments every 30 days as negotiated.
Failure to make a payment will result in a warning and cancellation of the commission.
Grace periods can be arranged if communicated in advance.
